The Defendant, “2015 Man-Ma1462,” while working as the secretary of the office of a certified judicial scrivener office, went away to Thailand for the purpose of escaping criminal punishment on September 6, 2005 while managing the said multi-household house under the management entrustment by E, a husband of D, who is the nominal owner, and returned to Korea on February 21, 2015.
1. On April 22, 2003, in order to terminate the right to collateral security established on a house owned by the Defendant’s mother’s H at the G Judicial scrivener Office located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant stated the personal information of the said D in the column for the person liable for registration of the application form for termination of the right to collateral security and affixed a seal in advance.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for cancellation of registration of creation of collateral security, which is a private document related to rights and duties, in the name of D.
2. On April 24, 2003, the Defendant: (a) submitted an application for cancellation of registration of creation of a forged collateral security to a registered public official who was unable to know his/her name that he/she had been aware of the forgery in an Ansan-gu High District Court, Ansan-si; and (b) submitted the application to cancel registration of creation of a forged collateral security to the said public official.
3. On April 22, 2003, the Defendant made a false report to a public official and made a false report to the public official on the land register which is the original copy of a notarial deed, and exercised it by having the said public official keep it in place immediately.
The defendant of the "2015 Highest 1689" is delegated to the senior secretary at a certified judicial scrivener office operated by the J in 101 of the I building of Ansan-si from January 2004.
