1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and by imprisonment for ten months; and

2. However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Gohap 11] The Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics, and the Defendants are prohibited from importing, selling, and administering the clopon (the copon (the copon, the copon, the copon; the hereinafter “copon”).

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On July 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) loaded approximately KRW 300,000 of 50,000 (No. 1,500 of Rophones purchased from Chinese male D on July 21, 2015; and (b) concealed approximately 7.5g of Rophones in the Red Sea, which was purchased in approximately KRW 300,00,00 (No. 1,500 of Rophones) into the Defendant’s negative part; and (c) imported phiphones by getting on an aircraft departing from the Ganan Airport in the west of China, at around 18:00 of the same day, after having arrived at the Incheon International

(2) On November 27, 2015, the Defendant, purchased approximately KRW 300,000 from 50,000,000 of Chinese male D, for approximately KRW 300,00,00,00 (rode 1,50,000) and concealed approximately 7.5g malopon into the Defendant’s negative part and was on board the F aircraft departing from the same mar airport as that of the preceding paragraph, and imported ropphones by passing through the chief prosecutor after arrival at the Incheon International Airport on the same day.

B. On July 2015, from around 11:00 to 12:00 on a day, the Defendant sold a penphone by receiving approximately KRW 5g of KRW 30,00 among the penphones imported from 11:0 to 12:00,00 from 11:0 to 12:0,000, to H with approximately KRW 1.6 million among the penphones imported from 30,000 to 30,000,000.

필로폰 매매 미수 피고인은 30대 가량의 중국인 H 과 위 쳇 어플을 통해 필로폰이 들어 있는 비닐 2 봉지( 필로폰 약 2g )를 I에게 100만 원에 매도하기로 하고, 2015. 12. 22. 12:50 경 서울 영등포구 J 부근 골목길에서 지갑 속에 비닐 3 봉지( 필로폰 약 3.03g )를 넣어 두고 이를 판매하려 던 중 현장에 잠복 중인 경찰관에게 검거됨으로써 미수에 그쳤다.

On July 22, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones, approximately 0.0 philophones at the Defendant’s dwelling located in K Office 801, K Officetel around 17:00.
