Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. Around May 7, 2016, the Defendant, along with D, E, and F, administered a H hotel located in G, by inserting approximately 0.4g g of the Meet cancer (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine, into an empty aquatic disease, and inserting it into a throwter, thereby spreading it.

B. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant, along with D and E, appears to be able to import and divide phiphonephones, and E was concealed by inserting approximately 0.3g of phiphonephones into his port of navigation in China, and arrived at the Incheon International Airport on the same day, and the Defendant and D also arrive in the Incheon International Airport using aircraft, such as E.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D and E to import philophones.

The Defendant, along with D and E, administered approximately 0.3g g opphones at D's offices located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and administered them in the same manner as described in paragraph (a).

At the end of May 2017, the Defendant administered L Hotel in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, approximately 0.2g of philophones, as described in paragraph (a).

E. On July 14, 2017, the Defendant, via the Incheon International Airport, purchased approximately 0.6g 1,500 oponon from his/her nameless person on July 17, 2017, and stored it in his/her port on July 20, 2017, and then sealed the aircraft at the Giwon Airport of China on the boarding of the aircraft at the Incheon International Airport on the same day, arriving at the Incheon International Airport on the same day, and importing oponon.

F. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant left the road located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and kept approximately 0.42g of oponon at the back seat of the Defendant’s Nbenz car, which was stopped.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On July 2017, the Defendant: (a) stopped in the near P Station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, on the Defendant’s NWz car and approximately Q Q 0.
