1. The Defendants indicated in the attached Form No. 4, 5, 45, 44, 43, 46, 47, 48, 49, among the area of 3,396.7 square meters in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul.

The following facts can be found in light of the following facts: (a) between the plaintiffs and the defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, H, K, K, M, M, N, P, P, Q, Q, S, T, U,V, W, X, and Y, the above defendants were led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act; (b) there is no dispute between the plaintiffs and the other defendants, or the results of the appraisal of the appraiser's Z and the whole purport of the pleadings of this court.

The Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul before replotting, 3,282 (hereinafter “the land before replotting of this case”) identified the location of 17 persons, including AB and AC, and divided ownership. However, on August 31, 1936, the registration of initial ownership was completed on August 31, 1936, and the specific part owned by each person was transferred to others and the registration of transfer was completed on his co-ownership accordingly.

B. On January 12, 1940, the land prior to the instant land substitution was incorporated into AD District Land Readjustment Project under the Joseon City Planning Ordinance, and was designated as a reserved land for the said land around September 5, 1942. Of the land prior to the instant land substitution, some of the land was maintained on the title, and some of the land was moved to east, and the location was remarkably moved to east, and the land was set as against the maternity transfer of the land which was defective, and was designated as a reserved land substitution at 2,147.7 square meters in total, including AEable 960 square, AF block 1,047, AG block 140.7 square meters in total.

Since November 14, 1967, a replotting disposition under the said land readjustment project became final and conclusive on November 14, 1967, the land before the instant land substitution was changed into the land category and land register, and the land before the instant land substitution was combined with a lot of six parcels, including a total of 2,126.6 square meters (3,396.7 square meters) in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, AH-gi 9.4 square meters (3,171.6 square meters), A large of 1,027.5 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), an AI large of 77.3 square meters (25.5 square meters), AJ large of 58.5 square meters (193.4 square meters), AK large of 0.8 square meters (2.6 square meters), and AL large of 3.1 square meters (10.2 square meters), and a substitute lot was combined with a lot of land before the instant land substitution.
