Basic Facts

3,282 of Seongdong-gu Seoul CO prior to replotting (hereinafter “the land prior to the instant replotting”) is owned by specifying the location of 17 persons, including the original CP, by classifying them. However, registration of preservation of ownership has been made by sharing with the registration injury, and the registration of transfer of ownership has been completed when selling the specific parts owned by each person to another person and completing the registration of transfer of ownership accordingly.

The land prior to the instant land substitution was incorporated into a land readjustment project for CY district on January 12, 1940 and was designated as a planned land substitution on or around September 5, 1942, and part of the land prior to the instant land substitution was maintained on the spot, and the land prior to the instant land substitution was partially transferred to Dong, and was set in the shape as if the land prior to the instant land substitution was against the above sectional rearrangement, and was designated as a cR 960 square meters, CSS 1,047, CT 140.77 square meters in total, 2,147.7 square meters in 2,147.7, and the land substitution was determined by the said land readjustment project, and the land substitution disposition was changed to 3.0 square meters in the form of the land prior to the instant land substitution, 3.0 square meters in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 959 square meters (3,171.6 square meters, 36.75 square meters in the form of the instant land substitution, 365.7.37.5 square meters in the C6.7.7.7.

On September 3, 1936, DA, Japan, purchased 1/17 shares of the above land from the CP, one of the first owners of the land before the land substitution of this case, and completed the registration of transfer of shares (However, the registration of transfer of ownership was made on the 2/17 share due to the mistake of a registered official), and DB on September 17, 1936.
