Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a decision to transfer the case to the Juvenile Department for habitual larceny, etc. by the Gwangju District Court, and on September 7, 2017, the Defendant was released from the Daegu District Court on May 21, 2018 by imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc.
1. Habitual theft;
A. On May 28, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a fwing line with the victim E-owned market price, which was parked on the road in front of the house located in the Southern T, Nam-gun; (b) opened a locked driver’s seat without a cargo vehicle; and (c) driven the vehicle with the key posted inside the vehicle and driven the vehicle with a starting force.
B. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant discovered that there was a smart key in loading a stolen vehicle at the 103 underground parking lot owned by the victim G while finding a stolen vehicle at around 23:03 at the 103-dong 103-dong YY, and using the key, opened a door of the above cargo vehicle on the market price in which the head of Samsung- Card 2 and the head of Gwangju Bank Card 1 entered, and drive the vehicle on the road and drive it.

On June 5, 2018, at around 00:47, the Defendant discovered a cargo vehicle parked in the last place of the victim JJ, which was located in Bosung-gun I, and opened an unlocked door, and found one smart key to the market value of the victim in the West-gun, which was in the victim's seat by entering the door, and divided the locking device removal server for the key, and confirmed that the vehicle door was opened on the back of the said cargo vehicle, the Defendant cut off with the key.

Defendant 1, using the said keys at the above date and place, carried the said keys into a knife car with approximately KRW 35 million at the market price of 1,500,000, which was owned by the victim J, and used the said keys, thereby thefting it.
E. On June 5, 2018, the Defendant was a person who suffered from an incurable damage in the Republic of Korea M in the Southern Bosung-gun around 01:00.
