A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, even though he is not a smoking handler, smoked marijuana over six occasions as follows:

C. In April 2015, the Defendant drank a smoke from 0.5g of marijuana at the residence of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and 201 G, which was drank after making the “mariju tobacco” in a flasing manner.

In May 2015, the Defendant drank dynasium 0.5g of marijuana at the residence of the said G when he dynasium dynasium, and dynasium dynasium dynasium dynas.

E. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant drank approximately 0.5g of marijuana in the vicinity of the Handae located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government after making a single-name “mari tobacco” and dysing the smoke discharged with the fire.

F. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant drank approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the residence of the said G, f.m., after making a “mariju tobacco” in a f.m., f., and d., d.e., smoking.

2. The Defendant: (a) collected money together with E, G, etc. to purchase and divide marijuana with that money.

On May 24, 2015, the Defendant sent KRW 500,000,00,000 collected with E, to G, and on May 24, 2015, G transferred the virtual currency bitco in the amount of KRW 500,00,00 to a seller of marijuana, who is a seller of marijuana, using “I”, a transaction site that is an Internet Bitcoin.

After May 25, 2015, the Defendant, along with E, G, etc., will be the cargo handling office of the Seoul High-speed Bus Terminal in Seoul, by the winners of the above name in front of the three stations located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
