A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on December 19, 2017, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 23:20 on September 10, 2019, the Defendant driven a F low-water vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.065% at approximately 600 meters from the front road in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, to the D apartment E-Dong road.
