A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in the business of selling sexual instruments under the trade name of “C” from the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the first floor.

No one shall operate a place of business handling juvenile harmful substances (sexual instruments) in an educational environment protection zone, which provides such materials for the sale, lease, or use thereof.

Nevertheless, during the period from May 2017 to August 14:45, 2017, the Defendant operated a business by displaying the sex extension equipment for men, which is a juvenile harmful object (sex body), in the above “C,” which is about 28 meters in distance with D high school, and is located within an educational environment protection zone.
