Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on December 12, 2018, the Defendant, within the “Djuk store” operated by the victim C (Nam, 38 years of age) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, committed assault by carrying dangerous things, such as putting the beer’s disease at hand, which is a dangerous thing in the place where the victim had been faced with the Defendant, on the ground that it became difficult for the Defendant to continuously contact with him.
