Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants: The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, who has established a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (including opening, etc. gambling) and a gambling space, shall not issue sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto (including issuance through an information and communications network) and provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who correctly predicted the outcome, and no one shall open a space for gambling for profit;

The Defendants provided sports betting for the winning or outcome of a private sports gambling site with the operators of the private sports gambling site, the name of which is unknown, and offered in order to operate the private sports gambling site [F, G, H, I, J, and K] to gain or lose game money according to the results of the games. Defendant A maintained a close liaison system directly with the actual operators of the private sports gambling site, and Defendant A provided the Internet NAB portal site “L” camera page and the Kakao group conference room to promote the private sports gambling site and recruit its members, and Defendant B provided the general service of managing funds, such as receiving profits and withdrawing money, at the direction of Defendant A.
