When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2014, around 21:03, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the D main points in the operation of the Victim C (L, 41 years of age) in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) the Defendant prevented the victim from smoking of E, the Defendant’s driver’s of the Defendant; and (c) the victim also interfered with the victim’s main business for about one hour, such as “I am sing off without any customer, sing, smoking, and a fine within the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knifs.”
