1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 25, 2013, the deceased D (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant and the insured for twenty-seven (27) years (from October 25, 2013 to October 25, 2040). If the deceased died of a disease during the insurance period, the Defendant would pay KRW 100 million to the beneficiary of the death benefit, and the beneficiary of the death benefit as the legal heir of the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. Before and after the date of the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, the insurance contract was concluded where the deceased, who is the insured, died of a disease, including the instant insurance contract (No. 3 No. 540) as indicated below.
