1. The summary of the facts charged is as shown in attached Form 1;

2. The above facts charged are cases in which a public prosecution cannot be instituted against the victim’s explicit intent. According to the written agreement submitted by the defendant, it is apparent that B and C have withdrawn the wish to punish the defendant on or before December 11, 2014. Thus, the public prosecution against the above facts charged is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
