The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged of the instant case is as indicated in the attached Form “criminal facts”

(However, the facts charged in the instant case are those falling under Articles 109(1) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act, Articles 44 subparag. 1 and 9 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act, and Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 44 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent in accordance with the latter part of Article 44 of the Guarantee of Workers’ Retirement Benefits Act.

According to the records of this case, on September 22, 2014, which was after the prosecution of this case, the victim had withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant. Thus, all of the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
