1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 74,663,920 and KRW 20,779,569, among them, from May 4, 2016.

Partial dismissal: In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the damages for delay shall be cited by applying 15% per annum from May 4, 2016 to the delay damages rate prescribed in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day following the delivery of the duplicate of the complaint of this case
