Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From March 1, 201 to February 29, 2012, the Defendant served as a fixed-term teacher in Korean language at D High Schools located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, and on January 5, 2012, the Defendant failed to apply for a fixed-term teacher recruitment through the website of the above D High Schools, and the fixed-term teacher recruitment period with the above D High Schools expired on February 29, 2012. The victim E (year 61) is the principal of the above D High Schools, and the victim F is a person employed as a new fixed-term teacher in the above D High Schools from March 5, 2012 to take charge of Korean language.
Defendant,
1. From March 5, 2012, around 15:40 on March 15, 2012, the victims E and the victims F (e.g., the age of 29) interfere with the management of academic affairs and student guidance by force of the victims, such as: (a) “B is a regular teacher; (b) now, he is a school; (c) now, he does not have a string; and (d) going in the classroom with the head F of the Party; and (c) driving away the said victims from the classroom; and (d) by avoiding a disturbance, they interfere with the operation of academic affairs and student guidance of the victims by force;
2. On March 6, 2012, around 09:00, around the entrance of the Class 2 of the third grade D High School, it was difficult to avoid disturbance, such as “in-house class, fl, fl, internal class, and flicking class,” and “in-house class, fl, internal class, and flicking class, fl, and flicking the victim,” on the ground that the victim E was able to enter the above class in which the victim F was in the class, and that the victim E was prevented, on the ground that the victim E was prevented from doing so.
As a result, the Defendant interfered with the management of the victims' academic affairs and student guidance, and suffered injury such as the left-hand dump dump, etc. which requires treatment for about two weeks to the victims E, by force;
3. The Defendant, at around 14:20 on March 7, 2012, committed an act of preventing F from taking lessons, such as taking part in the Korean language of the Korean language against students by the victim F, while the victim F was taking part in the Korean language of the Korean language of the Korean language.
