1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,466,680 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 27, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

From November 14, 2018 to November 23, 2018, the Plaintiff engaged in the manufacturing of machinery supplies goods to the Defendant engaged in the manufacturing of pressure machinery, etc., and the fact that the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 33,466,680 out of the price did not conflict between the parties, or that the Plaintiff’s provision of evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including each serial number if there are serial numbers) is recognized by considering the overall purport of the pleadings as a whole.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 3,466,680 won and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from June 27, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is clear that it is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, as requested by the plaintiff.

The defendant asserts to the effect that the plaintiff suffered losses in aggregate of 6,533,320 won, such as reprocessing costs, due to defects in goods supplied by the plaintiff, but there is no evidence to acknowledge the above assertion, and the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
