1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 26, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

The plaintiff engaged in the fire fighting construction business, etc. is awarded a contract with the defendant who is engaged in the electrical construction business, etc. for the 10 million won for the automatic fire detection facility works for "D hotel" and the city living-type housing in the Jeju city. The above construction works have been completed from October 2018 to February 2019. The defendant does not dispute between the parties or acknowledged the fact that the defendant has not paid the 75 million won out of the above construction cost up to the present time, and it is recognized by considering the whole purport of arguments as a whole in the statements in Gap evidence 1 through 5 (including each number number).

Therefore, as the Plaintiff seeks, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from July 26, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is clear that the delivery date of a copy of the complaint is the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
