A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Nos. 2 and 25 shall be returned to the person who has lost the name of the victim.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on November 15, 2015, the Seoul Eastdong District Court completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Around May 2016, the Defendant habitually stolen and stolen another’s property in an abandoned house with no person after checking whether there is any person inside the bell from the gate or the entrance of another’s residence. Around May 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the abandoned house with no person; (b) stolen the object; and (c) stolen another’s property habitually.

On May 9, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, at around 21:29, the victim D located in the first floor of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, opened a 2nd floor bend floor of the 1st and the second floor of the 2nd floor in order to steals property, and intrudes on the victim’s residence, and found the victim’s house by opening a balpum, and did not commit an attempted crime because there was no falpous falp, and there was no falpous falp, and there was no falpous falping, leaving the falpus.

B.
