If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2014, the Defendant told the victimO of the E office located in the N4th N4th of Gwangju Nam-gu that “The Defendant would purchase three parts of the main body with one set, such as computer main body, monitors, etc. to purchase three parts of the main body, and to make settlement in cash.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if the body of the computer was delivered by the victim.

Nevertheless, around January 8, 2014, the Defendant received from the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 1,300,000,000,000 from the victim, including one set, such as computer body and monitor, and three main body.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered goods by deceiving the victim.
