Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was accommodated as a thief customer in the Eelbur 508 managed by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu. A.

On July 4, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant stolen the said Eel with a computer part of 2.70,000 won at the market price owned by the said victim.

B. The Defendant around 11:00 on July 8, 2013, around 11:00
