A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on April 1, 2013, and on July 26, 2013, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended execution on August 3, 2013, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. At around 10:00 on December 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed Samsung C’s office entrance in the “E company” office for the victim’s operation of the victim’s “E company” with the first floor; (b) removed Samsung C’s outer equipment installed in the place; and (c) cut off the line connected to the U.S. electric wires and the outer equipment at the market price of the victim’s ownership located in the outer machine, and cut it.

2. Around 16:00 on January 5, 2014, the Defendant entered a clater of building materials for the operation of the Victim G located in the Masan-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and cited one high speed cutting machine of 200,000 won at the victim’s market price stored in that place, and stolen the same.
