1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

However, the defendant A is above two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A operated the Daejeon Dong-gu G and B (ju) on the first floor, and H and I (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) served as the salesperson of the said corporation’s telephone.

The Defendant, together with H and I, recruited to sell senior citizens with false and exaggerated advertisements as if the “sump concentration of the red ginseng dud amount”, which is a food, was a drug with excellent efficacy in treating various diseases.

Accordingly, the Defendant has overall control over the sales of the above products. Many calls, including H and I mainly called for older persons, to purchase red ginseng products, such as the Defendant’s phone call, and the Defendant sold products, such as “to strengthen the immunity, to prevent urine, high blood pressure and cancer, and to strengthen the bones, to prevent urine, and to prevent urine, and to prevent urine urine urine urine urine urine urine urine urine urine,” and “to protect the said products by assisting fire absorption and protect the said products and assist the blood pressure and urine urine urine,” and “to protect urine urine urine and urine urine urines (flad, urine, urine, and urine urine) by advertising them.”
