Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, each of the above punishments shall be executed.

The Defendants posted a mutual publicity hall called “G event site” at the F 2nd floor office in Jeonyangyang-gu, the Defendants advertised older persons by visiting older persons, etc. to sell food and daily necessities at low prices, and advertised older persons, and attempted to engage in the business of selling health functional foods and general food at low prices by exaggerationing their quality and efficacy.

1. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act;

(a) No one shall indicate or advertise that the name, method of manufacturing, quality and nutrition labelling, genetically modified foods, etc., and the indication of food traceability, with respect to false or exaggerated advertisements, etc., have efficacy or effect in preventing and treating diseases, or that such labeling or advertisement is likely to mislead or confuse as medicine or health functional foods;

Nevertheless, from July 1, 2016 to July 7, 2016, the Defendants explained that the body of the elderly visiting the country is good when selling ‘m-feass' (cinites of swine base) food to the elderly visiting the country at the event site of the relevantG, and that the body of the elderly is equal to that of the people, and that the body of the elderly is good by preventing dementia, promoting the blood circulation, preventing heavy wind and stroke, by promoting the blood circulation.

As a result, the defendants are aware of and effective in the prevention and treatment of diseases with respect to the name, manufacturing method, quality and nutrition labelling, genetically modified foods, etc., and food traceability labelling, or they are medicines or health functional foods.
