When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2017, the Defendant is driving a vehicle B column B at a distance of about 500 meters from the front side of a mutual influent restaurant located in the area of Kucheon-dong, Sinju to the front side of Cheongcheon-gu, Sinju-si, in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.121% among blood transfusions at around 01:30.
