Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2017, around 01:25, the Defendant driven approximately 10 meters of alcohol content in the state of 0.072% in blood alcohol content in front of the front road from the upper road in the city of Cheongju-si to the front road in front of the elementary school located in the Gu of Cheongju-si, Nowon-gu.
