A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited F, an Internet site, at a store store operated by the Defendant, at Mapo-gu Seoul E and 104, with a computer; (b) ordered 11 hemp seeds to smoke after cultivating the hemp seeds; and (c) paid 110.7 pounds using the Defendant’s one card to pay the price for the purchase.

Accordingly, the seller of the hemp plant seeds is the same year.

8.6. At around 08:35, in the United Kingdom, the addressee entered the envelope in the envelope as “H” and “I”, divided 14 hemp seeds into plastic rinks and concealed them again into the plastic plastic bag, and then received delivery by means of international express transmission freight (J), but the content of the article was discovered by a public official in charge of narcotics investigation at the Incheon International Airport Customs Office as a matrial seed.

2. The trade of marijuana;

A. At around 17:00 on August 5, 2015, the Defendant visited “M”, an individual Internet address in the L/E bulletin board program, an Internet site, by using a computer, at the door room for Defendant’s operation, at the Internet site. On the same day, the Defendant ordered 3 grams and transferred 4.90,000 won of the price to a single bitco account designated by the manager, and then traded 3 g of marijuana, which is contained in the white part of the Seoul Mapo-gu NF distance, with a person whose identity is not known at the bar near the Korean History on the same day, on the same day.

B. At around 17:00 on August 14, 2015, the Defendant is equivalent to KRW 600,000,000, in two times, to the price for the 3g of marijuana in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
