A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who intends to possess the hemp plant seeds shall possess the hemp plant seeds for the purpose of smoking or taking in;

The Defendant cultivated the hemp seeds and harvested the hemp, and then purchased and possessed the hemp seeds for the purpose of smoking them or drinking them in hot water in an exclusive way. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant purchased 15 hemp seeds by linking the hemp seeds to the website (B) for the sale of hemp seeds using a computer located in his/her residence in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Since then, on June 25, 2018, the Defendant attempted to possess the hemp seed by entering the Republic of Korea through C and receiving the hemp seed from the international ordinary mail, which was concealed, around 15:42, 2018. However, around June 26, 2018, the Defendant attempted to receive the hemp seed from an employee of the Incheon International Airport Postal Customs Office, who was exposed to an international registered mail, concealed the hemp seed, and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. No person who trades or smokes marijuana shall trade or smoke it;

A. On July 2018, the Defendant purchased marijuana from the alleys of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won for foreigners in his name-free circumstances, using 20,000 won for marijuana.

B. The defendant 2-A

The next day after the purchase of marijuana, as described in the port, was made in his own residence in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at a low time, and fluencies of marijuana, made the shape of tobacco on paper, and smoked or taken in by a method that contains heavy water.
