The Defendant is driving a rocketing car.

On September 16, 2014, at around 00:18, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 300 meters in the direction of the 180-19-1, in front of the “Neeek attached money in the north-gu Round,” while under the influence of alcohol at 0.11% of blood alcohol level.
