Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won at the Daegu District Court on July 31, 2009 as a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On September 21, 2019, at around 02:18, the Defendant driven a DNA car at a section of about 300 meters from the cafeteria to the front of the C building, which is not aware of the trade name in Daegu Suwon-gu B, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.048%.
