Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On July 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 16, 2016.

A. Although the Defendant and E, who imported phiphones, were not the handler of narcotics, the Defendant and E, in China, conspireded to import Metecopic cloptyes (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which are a local mental medicine, into the Republic of Korea, to sell them in Korea.

On October 29, 2016, E, upon the above public invitation, purchased approximately 61.8 grams from China, F, China, at a scopon site of not more than 13:30 on November 2, 2016, to purchase approximately 15,000 Scopon ( approximately 1.7 million Korean Won) at 10,00 Scopon ( approximately 1.7 million Korean Won) from China, and at the same time, the defendant in Korea transferred 5,000 Scopon to the Scopon account used by F in accordance with E, and the defendant transferred 5,000 Scopon ( approximately 8.50,00 Korean Won) from 13:0 Scopon to the above airport in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, where he received 61.8 gopon from F, Kim Jong-si, and 16:16.3 gopon on June 16, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, imported approximately 61.8 grams from China to Korea.

B.
