A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Around 18:40 on April 20, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a child or juvenile, by drinking the victim E (the 17-year-old age), who was seated in the troke and breabing the boom at the D department located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, in order to force indecent act by force against the victim, by taking the victim’s left chest at his/her hand on one occasion.

2. On September 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim F, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim F on the front of H located in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, by drinking the victim F, who was walking along the paths (22 years old); and (b) committing an indecent act by force against the victim, on one occasion, once as the victim Da Da Da with his hand write the victim’s right tm.

3. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:40 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (b) reported that the Victim K (the age of 62) operator of the said restaurant (the age of 62) tried to close the entrance; (c) prevented the victim from opening the door by putting the door inside the entrance without any justifiable reason, while under the influence of alcohol; and (d) assaulted the victim by drinking a defective defect that “the victim was under the influence of alcohol, so he would have been at least six times the victim’s sect.”

4. At around 17:00 on July 2, 2014, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim L by compulsion: (a) in front of the “O” restaurant located in the Ngu Daegu-gu NM; (b) in order to force indecent act by compulsion of the victim L (30 years of age) located therein; (c) following the victim, the victim’s her her amb, and (d) committed indecent act by force by forcing the victim by her her her amb, with her her her amb, and by force by force.

5. On July 31, 2014, around 22:25, the Defendant: (a) took care of the victim’s face before Qel in Daegu Seo-gu P on the ground that the victim R (n, 27 years of age) who passed around Qel, would prevent the Defendant from walking, and (b) took care of the victim’s face; and (c) took care of the victim for approximately two weeks of treatment.
