1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. C’s ownership change process 1) The instant land was completed on June 30, 1983 due to the sale and purchase on June 20, 1983, and C’s wife completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 20, 2006 due to the gift on November 15, 2006 with respect to the said land. (2) The instant land 1 was voluntarily decided to commence the registration of ownership transfer on August 31, 201 upon the application of the Mapo Savings Bank Co.,, Ltd. on August 31, 201.
3) On April 27, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 9, 2012 with respect to the land of this case on the ground of sale by voluntary auction on April 27, 2012. (B) Defendant factoringnet Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant land”) is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 13, 2001 with respect to the land of this case on the ground of sale on January 4, 2001, as the owner of the land of this case, the unregistered submarine Cable Co.,, Ltd., as the owner of the building of the submarine Cable Cable Co.,, Ltd., the land of this case, and the owner of the land of this case, the owner of the building of the building of the submarine Telecommunications Cable Co., Ltd., Ltd., which is unregistered on the ground of the instant two land.
