Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in B, the test.

On November 25, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 17:00, and stopped at the intersection of the D three-lane road located in C at the time of leisure, the Defendant changed the course to one-lane in order to drive the said car at the seat of the three-lane intersection.

Since there is a three-lane road near a three-lane intersection within the Corporation, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to inform the person engaged in driving the motor vehicle of the direction of the change by the hand or direction before and after the change of the lane for the internship, and to make the situation of traffic on the front and rear side and right side, and to change the lane safely.
