On June 8, 2013, around 01:01, the Defendant driven a B-tem motor vehicle in the state of alcohol of about 100 meters alcohol concentration 0.237% from the front side of the 2nd district commercial building in Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si to the front side of the same Hana Bank.
