The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2010, at around 01:50, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing and destroying a draft notice of amendment of the collective housing management rules attached to the bulletin board located in Kimpo-si 312 Dong 3-4 D, Kimpo-si.

2. On March 2010, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing a notice of audit report attached to the bulletin board at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 312 Dong 3-4, 312, and 3-4, 2010.

3. On November 29, 2012, at around 15:00, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing a report on the result of the council of occupants’ representatives meeting attached to the bulletin board at 312 3-4 dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and a notice of amendment to the regulations of the Election Commission.

4. On December 13, 2012, at around 21:31, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing and destroying a notice of the public announcement of the embezzlement of the head of the management office attached on the bulletin board in Kimpo-si, 312 3-4 Ra, Kimpo-si.

5. On December 15, 2012, around 09:38, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing and destroying a written public notice of the embezzlement of the manager attached on the bulletin board at 312 3-4 dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and a written confirmation of review.

6. On January 17, 2013, at around 09:50, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing a long-term repair charging charge attached on the bulletin board at 310 3-4 dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and a written public notice for holding the council of occupants’ representatives and destroying it.

7. On January 22, 2013: (a) around 13:12, the Defendant destroyed the document by removing a written public notice of the report on the result of the council of occupants’ representatives posted on the bulletin board in Kimpo-si, 312 3-4 D, Kimpo-si.
