A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 8, 2016, the Defendant, as a Chinese shipbuilding company, attempted to change his/her status of stay as a visa for short-term visits (C-3) and continue to stay in the Republic of Korea with a visa for the purpose of punishing money, but in China, he/she was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,000 (H-2) for seven days of detention on August 8, 201 due to a charge of driving a license without a license from around 1,00 and a fine of KRW 1,000 (3) days of detention on the charge of assault on December 2, 2011, the Defendant was unable to obtain the issuance of a “number of criminal sanctions necessary for filing an application for change of his/her status of stay” due to the criminal history of being sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,000 (1,000) for three days of detention on the charge of assaulting the status of stay, and requested a forgery business operator whose name was not known through C to the Defendant’s mother in China.

Accordingly, the above person without the name was named “A” in the name of “A”, “D” in the sex column, “D” in the birth date column, “E” in the family register column, and “F at the time when the autonomous ship owner of the roadside Y, etc. is located in the family register column, at a place where the place was unknown at that time, and affixed a seal in the name of the official ship owner at the time of the establishment of the Chinese roadside YY, which became the column for the location of the family register.

As a result, the Defendant forged a criminal punishment certificate for attempted crimes under the name of the public security station at the time of the establishment of the Chinese roadside Shipbuilding, which is a private document on rights and obligations, in collusion with the above person who was not the party to the name, for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant interfered with the exercise of the above investigation documents and the performance of the official duties by fraudulent means, upon receiving a criminal sanctions certificate for attempted crimes forged as above by international mail, visited the administrative agency located in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si on April 2016, to present the criminal sanctions certificate, and requested the agency to receive the application for employment visa, and accordingly, the employees of the above administrative agency request the change of the status of stay that he/she may know of the forgery at the office located in the Incheon Immigration Office located in Ansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 4-3, 96.
