1. The plaintiff's conjunctive lawsuit of this case is dismissed.

2. The plaintiff is the primary president of the conjunctive plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties and relevant regulations 1) Defendant A, an incorporated association, (hereinafter “Defendant A”).

The purpose is to contribute to the development of society, such as increasing the rights and interests of the elderly, promoting welfare, and volunteer activities. Defendant A’s local organization is a federation in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and Metropolitan Cities and Dos, and each Si/Gun/Gu. There are branches in each Si/Gun/Gu, and D as a primary organization. The A Seoul Metropolitan City Federation (hereinafter “instant Federation”).

(ii) The Gangnam-gu Branch Association A (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff Branch”) which is the local organization of Defendant A, the primary Plaintiff of which is the 25 autonomous Gu branch offices in Seoul area, is the local organization of the Defendant A, the regional organization of which is the Seoul Gangnam-gu, and the preliminary Plaintiff B (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff B”) is the branch of the Plaintiff Branch.

3) Defendant A’s articles of incorporation relating to the instant case (hereinafter “instant articles of incorporation”).

(B) Operational rules based on them, and rules on the operation of the Plaintiff Branch are as shown in the attached Form. (b) Plaintiff B’s appointment of the chairman of the Plaintiff Branch; (1) Plaintiff B’s appointment of the chairman of the Plaintiff Branch; (2) Nonparty E, the former chairman of the Plaintiff Branch, resigned from office around September 201; and (3) the election commission of Plaintiff Branch decided to hold an extraordinary meeting on November 10, 201 for the election of the chairman; and (2) Plaintiff B announced the election day of October 31, 201 for the election of the chairman on November 4, 2011.

However, the election commission rejected Plaintiff B’s above candidate registration application on the ground that Plaintiff B did not meet Plaintiff B’s standing member and candidate.

C) After that, on November 5, 2011, the Election Commission publicly announced that F was registered as a candidate for the election of the president of the Plaintiff Branch by himself, and F resigned from the candidate for the election of the president on November 9, 201. 2) The election commission of each level of president and each level of president from among the regulations related to A regulations.
