Punishment of the crime

around 21:50 on December 14, 2015, the Defendant was a taxi engineer and a Si guard in the front of the “D” in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and was working in the vicinity at the same time, and the Defendant was working in the vicinity E belonging to the Goak-gu Police Station patrol Team at the Dong-dong Police Station, which was working in the vicinity at the time.
