A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On July 6, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on July 14, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 14, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence.

However, in fact, the defendant thought that he will use the money from the damaged party as the down payment and construction cost of the F-M land located in Seocho City, and even if he receives the above 73 million won from the damaged party as the registration cost, he did not have the intention or ability to use the money as the registration cost of

Nevertheless, on July 28, 2017, the Defendant was issued KRW 73 million in total, including KRW 50,000,000, KRW 1000,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 13,000,000, around July 28, 2017, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
