A Imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two years and six months, and for a period of two years, each of the defendants C shall be punished.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants, H, I, and J know the fact that one of the co-offenders may exercise his right as the owner by means of a registration for the change of the name of the owner in the registry, even if there is no certificate of right to the relevant land, even if there is no certificate of right to the relevant land, and through the verification document, the Defendants, H, I, and J shall be issued documents necessary for real estate transactions, such as the abstract of the resident registration and the certificate of the seal impression as if the owner is the actual owner. After spreading false information about the sale of the said land as if the owner of the real land sold the said land, the real owner of the land entered into a sales contract with a person who has expressed his/her intention to purchase the said land and received the down payment or intermediate payment from him/her by dividing the said money.
Defendant
A (B) takes charge of the role of changing his name to A (L, M, N, andO), the owner of the land of the Republic of Korea in Seosan-si, and doing so as to be the owner of the land of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “A”). Defendant C (A) takes charge of delivering the name to Defendant A or directly performing the instructions under the direction of H, i.e., H, and the above H takes charge of directing Defendant C to prepare for the crime of fraud and forging the resident registration certificate of the owner of the above land, and the above I takes charge of inducing P and Q to enter into a false sales contract by informing the victim P and Q of the fact that the above land is expected to be sold at low price. The above J takes charge of the act of misrepresenting the office of “S” in the Jung-gu Seoul Central District Office and leading the real estate sales contract by leading the real estate sales contract.
