1. The defendant Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction over the land listed in the separate sheet as shown in the attached list by the District Court of Sucheon District Court on November 30, 1958.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up during the Japanese Occupation Period of Land Circumstances, G with the domicile in Seocheon-gun of Gyeonggi-do 478, D previously 457, and E previously 311 stated that G with the domicile in F was received respectively, and G with the domicile in Seocheon-gun of Gyeonggi-do Hacheon-gun Hacheon-do Hamcheon-gun Hamcheon-gun Hamcheon-do Hamcheon-do Hamcheon-do Ham-do (Ji-ri was merged around April 1917
B. On March 1, 1979, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seocheon-gun was converted into a size of 478 square meters on March 1, 1979, and the land category was changed to a river on December 4, 1958, and the land category was changed to a 311 square meters on December 4, 1958, two land indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “the instant two land”) was converted to a 1028 square meters, and the area was converted to a 1028 square meters. ③ On April 3, 1962, the 342 square meters in Seocheon-gun-gun, Gyeonggi-do changed to a “forest” on April 3, 1962, the administrative district was converted to a 47 square meters, and the area was converted to a 1,131 square meters on the attached list (hereinafter “instant land”). The area was converted to a 47 square meters on July 1, 1977, the previous 197 square meters was converted to a 47 square meters.
C. Under the current status of registration of preservation of ownership, Defendant Republic of Korea completed each registration of preservation of ownership of the instant land under Article 1364 of the receipt of the same registry office on November 18, 1959 with respect to the instant land No. 736, which was received on November 30, 1958, and No. 36877, which was received on December 17, 1996 by the same registry office as to the instant land No. 28642, Oct. 8, 1996; and each of the instant land No. 1364, Dec. 18, 1959 with respect to the instant land No. 4.
Since then, Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on sale on January 21, 2005, No. 2504, Dec. 28, 2004, with respect to the land of this case 4.
