Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are South Korea, and D is the mother of the Defendants.
1. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendants discovered one of the unclaimed bicycles in the market price (e.g., the victim’s seated at Pyeongtaek-si E 313 bicycle storage units. 2. On September 2016, the Defendants: (a) stolen a bicycle (SURBO) in the market value, which is the victim’s name in front-si E 310 bicycle storage unit adjacent to Pyeongtaek-si, 310, by means of the above paragraph (1).

3. On October 6, 2016, at around 13:00, Defendant B made a proposal to Defendant A by calls from the PC room near Pyeongtaek-si F public parking lot to “a person who steals a bicycle in front of the F public parking lot, so that he has stolen the bicycle.” Accordingly, Defendant A, along with Defendant D, found one bicycle (three thousand and five hundred and five hundred and five hundred and five hundred and fifty thousand and five hundred and fifty and five hundred, five and five and five and five and five bicycle locks were cut out by using a cut machine previously possessed by Defendant A.
Accordingly, in collusion with Defendant A and D, Defendant A stolen the victim's property in collusion with Defendant A and D.
