1. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2.Provided, That this judgment shall become final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. On January 2, 2016, from around October 18, 2016 to around October 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received the payment for commercial sex acts of KRW 130,000 to KRW 150,00 from many unspecified male customers who have been contacted with the Internet or business cell phones; (b) made female employees E (Ga name), F (Ga name), G (Ga name), etc. enter the body of customers, and made them enter the body of customers and engage in a similar act in a way that enables them to catch their sexual organ by hand and see the scambling of scams.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. From March 4, 2016 to April 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received the price for sexual traffic of 130,000 to 150,000 won from the many unspecified male customers who had been contacted with the Internet or business mobile phones; and (b) had F (a) had a female employee enter the customer’s body and math on the customer’s body; and (c) had the customer do a similar act by having his/her hand knife his/her sexual organ and ske it on the hand.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant A

A. On January 12, 2016, from around February 201 to June 24, 2016, the Defendant, operating a business establishment of the Category D sexual traffic, from around February 12, 2016 to around February 2016, and from around May 2016 to about June 24, 2016, he received payments for sexual traffic of 130,000 to 150,00 won from many unspecified male customers who were contacted with the Internet or business mobile phones, and had female employees I and J, etc. enter into the body of customers, and let them do the act of similarity in such a way as to see the sexual character of customers by hand and see the scambling them several times.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. The Defendant, operating a Hacheon H H sexual traffic business establishment, from February 2, 2016 to December 2016.
