Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a representative in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and a business owner who directly places an order for and executes a “D Repair and Maintenance Work”, and is a person who exercises overall control over and manages the safety of the above on-site workers.

1. A business owner who violates the Occupational Safety and Health Act and causes death by occupational negligence due to the death of a victim shall take measures necessary for the prevention of such danger at a place where workers might fall at work;

In the indictment, the remaining provisions of Article 23 (3) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (hereinafter “Industrial Safety and Health Act”) include the following parts: “Places where soil and sand, structures, etc. are likely to collapse, places where material objects are likely to fall or fall, and other places where there is a risk of danger due to natural disasters in the course of performing work,” but the contents of the indictment shall be deleted because they are irrelevant to these parts
