Punishment of the crime

B Co., Ltd., from September 11, 201, employs 250 full-time workers from September 11, 201 to perform the “D Corporation” at KRW 80,039,482,00 of the construction cost in Young-gu, Suwon-si.

The defendant is the chief of the building department of the company B, who is responsible for the safety and health of employees belonging to the above site.

The business owner shall take measures necessary for the prevention of danger in the places where workers might fall down at work, material objects might fall or come off, and other places where there might be danger due to natural disasters in the course of work, and shall take measures necessary for the prevention of danger by electricity, heat or other energy.

1. Despite the fact that safety distress, fences, vertical fall-off net, or covers are built in sufficient strengths at places where workers might fall down, as the end or opening part of the work launch board and passage, the business owner has not installed safety distress at the opening part of the work launch board (TP floor) on the front part of the outside non-sturst project launch board (TP floor) of the first and the second floor of the second floor in the construction site, despite the fact that the safety distress, fences, vertical fall-off net, or cover, etc. are not built in the construction site:
