Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2014. 4. 21. 01:00경 파주시 C에 있는 ‘D주점’ 앞 노상에서, 피해자 E(여, 51세)이 피고인의 일행 중 한 명으로부터 “엉덩이가 빵빵한데”라는 말을 듣자 피고인의 일행들에게 따지며 말다툼을 하게 되자, 이를 지켜보던 중 갑자기 화가 난다는 이유로 위 ‘D주점’에 들어가 양손에 위험한 물건인 빈 맥주병을 들고 나와 오른손에 들고 있던 맥주병을 인도경계석에 내리쳐 깨뜨린 후, 그 깨진 맥주병을 가지고 피해자의 왼쪽 팔뚝 부분에 1회 찔러 피해자로 하여금 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 기타 아래팔 부분의 열린 상처 등의 상해를 가하였다.
