1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,700,000 as well as 6% per annum from March 1, 2016 to November 7, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

On August 31, 2015, the Defendant agreed to contract the Plaintiff with the smoking volume construction work and pay the construction cost to the Plaintiff on the last day of each month after the completion of the construction work; the Plaintiff’s completion of the construction work equivalent to KRW 73,70,000 on August 21, 2015; KRW 13,200,00 on September 30, 2015; KRW 18,480,000 on October 31, 2015; KRW 6,60,000 on November 30, 2015; KRW 73,700,000 on the aggregate of KRW 13,640,00 on February 29, 2016; and there is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total construction cost of KRW 73,700,000 and damages for delay at each rate of KRW 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from March 1, 2016 to November 7, 2016, the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and KRW 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
