1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 115,60,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from April 9, 2016 to October 26, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the business of interior works, wooding works, painting works, etc., and the Defendant is a company engaged in construction business, indoor decoration decoration fishery business, etc., and the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded each contract for construction works between July 2, 2015 and November 2015 with respect to A and B, C, D’s store works, repair works, interior works, and structure works.

B. On July 9, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) determined the respective final construction cost of KRW 44,00,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the construction period as of July 30, 2015; (b) determined the interior construction contract as of KRW 5,000,000 for the respective construction cost of KRW 44,000,000 for the Aniveive Points; (c) determined the construction cost of KRW 6,60,000 for the construction cost of KRW 44,00,000 for the respective construction cost; and (d) determined the construction period of KRW 30,00 for the respective construction period of KRW 44,00,00 for the building cost of KRW 10,00 for each construction period of KRW 25,205 for the building work period of KRW 304,00,000 for the building cost of KRW 25,2015.

C. The plaintiff completed the above ①, ②, ②, ③ the above construction work amount of KRW 292,60,000 from the defendant (i.e., A's 44,00,000 A's 44,000,000 Won A's 55,000,000 A's 17,000 A's 44,000,000 A's 17,000 A's 6,60,000,000 A's A's 17,000,000 C's 44,00,000,000 won (i.e., 18,000,000 A's 18,000,000,000 A's 00,300,000 A's 30,000,00 A's A's 300,000.
